Bentley (fka Timba) came to us from a very overcrowded urban shelter where he was very shut down and scared. We gladly pulled him and put him into one of our loving foster home where he began to blossom, and eventually found his forever family!

Today, Bentley’s life is filled with comfort, love, and a family who will truly be his forever family. This is the happy ending we dream of for every single dog!

“Bentley is the addition our family needed. With our family’s first dog, Doug, passing away 6 months prior, we missed the enriching love of a dog. Our daughter fostered Bentley for only 1 week before we decided that he was the perfect fit for us. Bentley was shy at first and didn’t enjoy playing with toys. However, within 24 hours of being in a new home, he was the most cuddly, loving, outgoing dog. Bentley shows his love by cuddling into each of us searching for some pets.
Bentley enjoys hikes with his dad, sleeping under blankets, and chicken! Bentley and dad are best friends and their relationship truly encapsulates “a man’s best friend”. Bentley has gotten so much better with other dogs and people and is much more welcoming and less fearful than he was a year ago. It has only been a year and it feels like we have had Bentley for his whole life! You can tell he is so comfortable and at peace in a warm, loving home.”
